With over 25 years of executive leadership in sales, personnel development, marketing, and inclusion at a Fortune 350 company, Antoine brings a rare combination of strategic insight and human-centered leadership to every opportunity for engagement.
As a former business unit leader, he spearheaded countless innovation initiatives, cultivated high-performing teams, and consistently delivered results—anchored in a philosophy that every voice matters.
Antoine’s leadership extends beyond the boardroom. For more than 15 years, he has served in church leadership, led ministries, and contributed to nonprofit boards, demonstrating a lifelong commitment to service, integrity, and community empowerment.
Now, as the co-founder of The Catalyx Group, Antoine channels his experience into helping organizations unlock their full potential through inclusive leadership, strategic sales enablement, and values-driven transformation. His approach is rooted in a people-first perspective — where impact is measured not just by outcomes, but by the growth and dignity of those involved.
Antoine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. He is proudly married and the father of two college-aged sons, whose journeys continue to inspire his commitment to legacy, leadership, and lifelong learning.

With a proven track record in coaching and developing talent across diverse industries, Ryan brings more than 30 years of leadership experience to redefining sales and organizational strategy. As a seasoned commerce leader, he is committed to driving growth and enabling transformation through innovative, people-centric thinking. He thrives on crafting simple, actionable strategies that deliver measurable results.
Ryan has held management roles with Fortune 500 companies including Marriott, Walmart, Comcast, and Hormel Foods. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded numerous high-impact projects involving integrations, mergers, acquisitions, and asset sales. He played a pivotal role in guiding strategic growth initiatives during critical periods such as the 2008 recession and the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic.
He is the Managing Director and co-founder of the consulting firm, The Catalyx Group. Ryan leverages his experience to help organizations with leadership development, sales consulting, culture transformation, communication principles, and simplistic execution strategies. His approach is rooted in clarity and straightforwardness.
Ryan holds a MBA from the University of South Carolina, and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism from the University of Wisconsin–Stout. He currently serves on the boards of Capital Vacations – Oceanique Resort and the Colorado Soccer Association. Outside of work, he is a dedicated father to two teenage daughters, and is actively involved with Red Rocks Church and the Denver Children’s Home.
